  2. Analysis:

    1. Marketing inputs especially number of prospects are low. It does not follow STP. WE must increase the number of prospects to reach our targets.
    2. There is improvement in the tarpaulins installed and number of leaflets/flyers and promo items given. We can improve and continue these things on the following months.
    3. Ash crypts in La Union, Pangasinan and Greenhills are not moving. Supposedly, ash crypts will increase our cash flow and help us to put up crematorium. But in reality, the monthly amortization for ash crypts becomes burden for payables.Increase the sales of ash crypt by using t he 5% down payment promo.
    4. Documents delivery is one of the golden moment in our business. SBU and Records Asst. must have team work to deliver the documents to the customer on time.SBU must pouched the documents for processing ASAP, upon payment of processing fee of the customer. If the delay is within the 3rd floor office, please let me know.

  3. 1. Marketing inputs must be increase through the following:
    a. Installed tarpaulins and leaflets given improved but still need to increase its numbers. Installation in different Barangays must be continue after the sales presentation or saturation is conducted.
    b. Prospect generated must reach the standard number (STP). Through social medial, we can get referrals from FOFF. Marketing must allot time to conduct prospecting through calls, visitation, saturation and appointments with organization/establishment for sales presentation.
    c. Generate prospects through FB by searching the names of existing customers and have their friends added in your list and start sales process.
    2. Although number of tarpaulins installed, leaflets and promo items given increased still the value capturing must also be increased. There should be effect in number of prospect generated that will eventually converted into sales. We must work hard in generating prospect and its conversion. All needed marketing collaterals including promos are being provided and launched. We just need the passion of every staff to market all of these and have results.
