OBJECTIVES:
1. To have at least additional sales of 10 units per SBU per month with 20% down payment for SSN, GE and JE.
2. To increase net cash receipt thus, increasing collection.
BACKGROUND:
After the implementation of 5% down payment promo, there is a little improvement or impact on our cash flow. Our sales improve from 38 units on July 2011 and increase to 84 units for the month of August 2011. But, we need cash for our expenses and we can increase our cash flow by increasing our sales and cash receipt from sales.
ALTERNATIVES:
1. Vacation package for two for 20% down payment for SSN, GE & JE.
2. Free Gadgets for 20% down payment for SSN, GE and JE.
Option no. 2is the best alternative to be considered since gadgets is a social symbol. People tends to buy or loan just to have hi tech gadgets.
WHAT TO DO NEXT:
What: 5% of Lot Price each gadgets
FREE GIFTS (Gadgets like iphone, ipad, digicam and cellphone and LCD TV) for the customers who will purchase SSN, GE and JE with 20% downpayment.
When: Effective September 15, 2011 to November 1, 2011
Who: Customers who will pay 20% down payment for SSN, GE and JE
Where: ALL Holy Gardens Memorial Park SBU
Why: To increase sales and collection

Process | 1. Customer who will purchase SSN, GE and JE with 20% down payment plus processing fee will be entitled for free gadgets. 2. Open to office sales and agents sales. 3. Cost of gadgets will be equivalent to 5% of Lot Price. 4. Cost of gadgets will be funded by ME (Marketing Expense). 5. For new sales only. Upgrading is not allowed. 6. In case of back out/forfeiture, the value of the gadgets will be deducted on their payment refund. 7. Gadgets will be received by the REGISTERED OWNER only. In case that the Registered Owner is not available, Authorization letter and/or Special Power of Attorney with valid I.D. of the registered owner and the authorized representative shall be presented. 8. Acknowledgement Receipt and logbook will be signed by the Registered Owner/Authorized Representative upon receipt of the gadgets. Acknowledgement Receipt should be in triplicate for: 1. Customer, 2. SBU file, 3. #rd floor File. 9. Holy Gardens staff shall take pictures upon the receipt of the gadgets and shall be uploaded in our blogs (www.holygardensgroup) and FB account to create promotion and WOM. 10. Gadgets will be claimed in Holy Gardens Memorial Park Office only duly witnessed by A/CMO and CSS or SFC. 11. Gadgets will be given maximum of 10 working days upon purchased of lot. 12. SFC will canvass and prepare P.O. of gadgets in their place. CV & check will be prepared by BPI Accounting. 13. 3rd floor Accounting will verify directly to the customers if they already received the gadgets thru telephone calls. | ALL SBUs | JUS – approval

This must be the very interesting opportunity to our clients.It will help increase our sales thus, we have to increase our collection to able to purchase a gadget for our promo's. We will exert more effort to be able to purchase the item for our promo. We will follow up our prospects for closing and encourage clients, continue of leaf letting,text blast and social media.
