We posted this at Hgmp Griefsharing, Group and Memorials. How will help ACMO in marketing? How can you use this to increase your sales?
How does this change your mindset on the kind of product we sell? Is it a commodity? Is its main value proposition price and terms of sales?
How do you want to be remembered comes at the crowning ending point of our life?
Just to be wrapped in burlap and thrown into the sea or river; to be buried in a nondescript place and to be overcome with grasses and vines later on?
You worked so hard to build an illustrious career and a remarkable life and its all going to end this way?
Is there a better way to remember you by how you lived/ever walked on this earth? Because when you are gone you are gone....

ReplyDeleteOur Marketing people can use the MVP motto to touch our customer's emotions. Touching one's emotion is one of the closing techniques.
The ad speak "So Lovingly Remembered" will be included in our billboards. The final lay out will be submitted Sept. 9, 2011. By Sept. 17, all SBU will have big tarp posted at the site.

We should be able to market the " so lovingly remembered...at holy gardens memorial park" to our clients or customers.
ReplyDeleteOur new MVP is all about memorialization or memorial. How are we going to be remebered when we die. People work to save money, to invest luxurious possessions like cars, house and lot, high tech gadgets but all of these things is useless when we die. The only remembrance that we have is the memorial plot where we will be interred.
So it is then a necessity to plan for our final destination.
Touching our customers emotion is the best closing technique a merketing staff should possess. As marketing officer i was enlightened more about the importance of our products and that will motivate me to push through sales. To help customers realized the importance of having a memorial plan.

When we sell we must deliver the MVP to our customer/prospects. Our product is not an ordinary product./commodity it is extra ordinary product. We must communicate the MVP properly the every juan must own one. Everything that have a beginning has an end. Our memorial park is the best place to be remembered. To remember their memories and it will be done during our interments. The best programs, tribute, obituary , design. Their loved be remembered in a very special way. This is the only way we can show our loved, appreciation to the people whom we share our life. We are not working so hard just to end in nothing. We must communicate to all prospects/clients that having a memorial lot is very important than anything else. As quoted to one of our customer here in Pangasinan. “ Ang aking lote sa Holy Gardens ay mas mahalaga kaysa sa lote ng aking bahay at negosyo.”

ReplyDeleteYour customer's comment that the HGMP lot is more important than their business or their wealth. Because you cant take your wealth with you. But you need the memorial park lot for the eternal rest. for the final departure.
