    It's good that we offer FREE interments to our customers. It is a great opprtunity to promote our products and services.

    What to do next?
    1. Encourage those who have given refund to invest again with us. We have a lot to be offered like the 5% discount, the treasure or free lot and the FOFF. So it is not just a refund but a greater way to increase our sales and collection.

    2. Getting referrals from them, friends and relatives that are interested to buy.

    3. Intensive announcement and informations to customers and agents.
