  3. Outstanding leaders care more about productive relationships with their team members.Leaders always exceeds expectations they don’t have limitation with regards to achieving something specially targets

    Outstanding leaders involve their team members in decision-making, remove barriers that are getting in the way of team members being successful, and make engagement a priority. And this emphasis on employees and their needs does not change in times of severe economic pressure.

    One might expect that when leaders are feeling pressure for results, they will lapse to a command-and-control style of leadership.The best leaders stay focused on achieving high performance by creating a climate of trust, respect, and honesty even when times of pressure and struggles.

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey

2. In order to discharge your job well, you have to learn your admin plan the process flow and standards.

3. To keep up with changes, you have to learn and read. There is no other way
