What shall we do further for excellence in customer service and unity?

Enumerate things to do:

l.  To reach our sales target tomorrow - Wednesday?

2.  To have excellence in operations and customer service.

  1. 1. We have conducted Sales presentation in MalacaƱang High School this morning by the use of our resources:
    projector, screen, sound system.
    We got 10 attendees and 3 positive prospects.
    We have garden estate prospect tripped today and we do constant follow up with our prospects through visitation and calling.

    2. I check on every staff to do their work schedules and be focus on deliverables.
    Everyday we are very positive and we do our work with love in our hearts. We assist our clients promptly and we serve foods for them.

    3. Unity. Wearing proper uniforms by every staff. We improve and we go to work as early as before.

  2. Reaching sales target
    a. We set a meeting and sales presentation to OSCA office at Calamba Municipal office. We went to the office of Senior Citizen Mayapa Chapter. The most active Senior Citizens chapter in Calamba. We got a positive feedback with regards in our interment service the last time they attended an interment of one of their member.
    b. We had generated 2 hot prospects (Mrs. Felicidad Carmones-President of OSCA Mayapa and Mrs. Palomina Mendez-Member)5 other prospects were generated
    c. On the spot - we tripped Mrs. Ma. Teresa Villanueva(Daughter of one of the members). She pays down payment plus 1 month advance of her MA.

    Operations and Customer Service
    a. Everyday schedule are being checked before the day ends. We offer coffee and biscuits to our customers. Sadly, we have to ask the TS or GT to buy instant coffee outside cause we do not have heater.

    Unity
    a. We conduct AM talk regularly. We pray first then list what we have to do for the day.

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey

2. In order to discharge your job well, you have to learn your admin plan the process flow and standards.

3. To keep up with changes, you have to learn and read. There is no other way
