One of the key issues is the unity and self improvement of the staff. The external factors could be conquered by the unity and determination of the staff. Thus its head HO must lead the way. And they must come together. Today they did not do so well. Somebody came late, they could not get the key to the adventure --there was the weak link
They promised and committed they will be better next time; or may be starting today.

1. Commission of Lot
a. It has been discussed that we do not give commission for a SIP to DIP promo sale. We gave 20% discount SIP to DIP promo that will be deducted to Ang Uno while JV gets whole 50% share.
2. Site appearance due to lack of GT and “sirang” YJ
a. It has been reported that our YJ is damaged that’s why the site doesn’t look good and we only have 1 GT. JV controller Lot doesn’t ever bother to ask us about this matter and just report it directly to JV partner. Our YJ is in running condition. Yes, the day Lot reported it, the YJ was being fix by GT EfrenMarzo but this is just some sort of repair to make the YJ runs better.
b. We are in continuous hiring of Garden contractor/technician and CSS 1 and other available position. We posted a tarpaulin at the gate entrance to make the public know that we have job openings.
To prevent losing manpower, we have committed to double check and send the JO, SOC and accomplishment report on time for the salary of our contractors.
c. We have to improve the site to encourage customers to buy. If the site is messy, buyers will be discouraged to buy plots.
