Right mindset, being positive contributes to attainment of goals
On being positve, on having empty cups.
"For us to fill your cups, you have to empty your cups"
"The purpose of education is to replace an empty mind with an empty one"
"When it rains open an umbrella"
In my conversation with some chiefs staff regarding their mediocre performance, however, I noticed:
1. Certain resistance to change their methods despite the mediocre performance
2. Complacency
3. Indifference to the difficulty that the sbu is facing for the inability to reach cash collection and sales targets
4. Antagonism and hostility to the discussion.
WE ALL WANT TO BE SUCCESSFUL AND PLEASE AVOID BEHAVIOR THAT FAVORS FAILURE.
WHAT WE ARE DOING IS FOR YOUR SBU'S BENEFIT AND NOT FOR OURS.
WHEN WE HAVE THE RIGHT MINDSET, IT IS THE ONLY TIME THAT WE LEARN AND HAVE SHARED VISION/DIRECTION.

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey
2. In order to discharge your job well, you have to learn your admin plan the process flow and standards.
3. To keep up with changes, you have to learn and read. There is no other way
