To get to our objectives, we need the following:
l. VisION - have clear goals objective and priority
2. Know your passION and ambitION (motivatION)- know what you love doing, so that you will do what you love. We likewise hire people have passion.
3. CommunicatION - do we know where we are going? Do we know the work assignments? Is everybody in synch? Do we understand what is to be done
3. DeterminatION --focus on the goal, exert, use force if necessary, everybody must work hard. Hire people who have track record for doing and being determined.
4. ExecutION - know the process, ask if you do not know, guide and mentor the subordinate, check the progress. Be efficient. Monitor and evaluate
5. EvaluatION - what did do wrong: planning, logistics, communication, execution

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey

As a MT, it is a must to achieve the goal set daily for my SBU. Achieving our goal and objective via ION is a great help. We will communicate well by answering text, calls, emails promptly and even reading blogs for self development. I must be more determined and "maliksi" from the start of the day and until closing time. We are a 24/7 company. I must be at the line 24/7 as well. I must plan and execute well. Impress the Boss and make them recognize me by the good things I've done.
