GROW acronym in planning

TO        :   All  Concerned

SUBJECT:   Goal setting and execution

l.  Please use the GROW ACRONYM IN PLANNING:

       GOAL

       REALITY

       OPTIONS

       WHAT TO DO NEXT

2.  Know your yearly, monthly and weekly targets and key activities

3.  List them down on the planning sheet provided;  check which was done not done.

This will develop more strength and discipline in planning and execution.

  1. Yes sir, we will use this (GROW method) in planning our daily activities. This will be a great help in achieving our targets. We will be more focus on what needs to be done if plan A do not met (options/alternative solutions). Planning will become more effective if the goal/objective is being achieve, and options or solutions is being carried out.

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey

2. In order to discharge your job well, you have to learn your admin plan the process flow and standards.

3. To keep up with changes, you have to learn and read. There is no other way
