3. Accountable and responsible
4. Willing to take the blame
5. Innovate and take risks

As i read this article, A leader should understand and listens to the feelings of his/ her members. A best Leader not only follow his own desires but also asking to his members idea in making a plan and actions.
ReplyDeleteEvery members follows what they see in their leader.
And a leader should do good and do best So, the members will follow this example.
And a leader can mold his members to be a best leader.
