  1. Give the customer the element of surprise I guess. In a battle, this old but effective technique will give you more advantage to win.

    Make your customer wait for a moment to let them feel that it is the most important part. Saying the key items like the price of your product must be delivered at the right time. Pause for a moment then deliver.
