sold 1 lot. We encourage the buyer to buy a lot at HGGMP instead of buying at
Holy Family. They prefer to buy a lot at Holy Family or Rizal Memorial but
after we discuss all of the advantages that we cater, they changed their
mind.

We have new CSS 1 (Interment), Mr.

focusing now on marketing activities like saturations, leafleting and agents.
We have a lot of marketing activities every week.
We perform text
blast as our collection campaign which we found effective. We just encounter
conflict with regards to payments. Customers requested us to send someone to
collect their MA.
We make sure that we
allot more time in marketing than office works.
