  1. According to Mark Hunter, "sales is having a desire to succeed and the passion to serve". It is applied not only to customers but to their prospects because they committed themselves. They have confidence of what their customers have to achieve. Once an individual has the desire to be successful, he has also the passion to serve the people who are in need. And that should be the positive thinking or attitude of a marketing or seller.
Success is a process. You cannot have it in a second. It involves hardships, determination and perseverance. Concentrate on the output or the target to be achieved.
Mark Hunter also shared that one way of closing a sale is by using different communication messages. Take different approach on every prospect. Reach them in their communication platform. Use six mpm (six messages per month) in different forms. Each must contain a unique statement. Having a unique statement is creating outcomes. Be consistent and determine the right time on delivering unique statement.
To be successful, we should have in mind that our goal with other person is to earn the right privileged, honor and respect to meet that person again.
