1. INSTALLATION OF LIGHTS FOR NOV 1                            OCT.10-15, 2011
      -as shown on the lay out HGLUMP needs to provide
      10 pcs of metal halide lamp.
      - HGLUMP had already  assorted & reserve electrical
      Wires for installation
2. FABRICATION & INSTALLATION OF WATER TANK (1,000 LITERS)
      -Cost of the project Php 99, 000.00
3. CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC TOILET- 60sqm-    UNDECIDED because  
                                                                                          According to Edith & HLC
                                                                                          They can’t provide the
                                                                                          Budget

1. INSTALLATION OF LIGHT FOR NOV 1-                            OCT 3-8, 2011
      -as shown on the layout HGPMP needs to provide
      9pcs of metal halide lamp.
      -HGPMP had already reserve electrical wires for
      Installation.
2. FABRICATION & INSTALLATION OF WATER TANK (1,000 liters) Sept 19-
                                                                                                                       Oct 1, 2011
      -Cost of the project Php 99, 000.00
      -It will be constructed with stand
3. HGPMP-had already public toilet through chapel

  1. RE-CONDITIONING OF EXISTING METAL HALIDE LAMP
& ADDITIONAL METAL HALLIDE FOR LAWN 6 & MAUSOLEUM AREA
      -as shown on the layout HGGMP needs to provide 9 pcs of metal halide lamp.
      -HGGMP needs to provide extra wires for the installation of additional lamp.
2. FABRICATION  & INSTALLATION OF WATER TANK (1,000 liters)  Sept 19-
                                                                                                                       Oct 1, 2011
      -it should be installed on the roof of the chapel/CR
      -cost- Php 40, 000.00
3. HGGMP had already public toilet @chapel

1. INSTALLATION OF LIGHTS FOR NOV 1                                        Oct 3-8, 2011
      -As shown on the layout HGCMP needs to provide 4 pcs of metal halide lamp
      -they will also provide wires for installations.

  1. FABRICATION & INSTALLATION OF WATER TANK (1000 liters) – Sept 19
Oct 1, 2011
      -cost of the project Php 99, 000.00
      - it will be constructed with stand

3. CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC TOILET-60 sqm       - UNDECIDED
      -cost of the project- Php 700, 000.00
      -the location is not yet ready

    Please submit a plan that can be funded and that can be done. The output of that is a minutes document called PDCA.

    Let us work us a team even with the proposals.
