Terms and Conditions for our Griefshare and FOFF

SUBJECT : TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FOFF and other obituaries
Please RRURAC this carefully.
l. I have posted under pages, terms and conditions both at Holy Gardens Griefsharing and HolyGardens Memorials.
2. Most especially for FOFF at Holy Gardens Memorials, always ask for identification and if possible ask for copy/xerox copy of the death certificate.
3. We draft an authorization for FOFF or print the terms and conditions for the authorized representative to sign/
4. Secure valid id, and list down the name and address of the authorized represenative. Please post the name of the authorized representative too.
