 This is copy of the World Bank Report on Doing Business for the Philppines.  The beauty about this report is that it should jolt the Philippine leadership to wake up and rise in rankings, from three digit to two digits.  Perhaps the next speech of the Philippine leader must state that as a clear goal to aspire for.  Henceforth, in five years time, RP shoud be # __ in the World Bank report.   1. Our Goal is to be the number 1 provider of bereavement services in the Philippines and if we are to be ranked by the World Bank we may also be on the lower rank. In reality it is true because we failed on the basic thing: COMMUNICATION.
    We know the options and we have lots of it but we failed to communicate it.
    What to do Next: Being the Acting Administrative Officer, I must be able to know first how many are the staff of HGMP Group, The employee master list must be updated, the date they were hired, their last promotion and what training do they need. Monitoring and constant follow up on their daily job will enable me to rank them. I will be the WORLD BANK to them so that will be able to find out whom can I have EASE IN DOING BUSINESS WITH. Who ranks first, who does not change (HU DAS not change in txt lingo) and needs improvement, or those who are just wasting our time and resources that have to get out of the BUS.

  2. We must be able to have CLEAR METRICS, a MATRIX COMPARISON to be able to see where we are and do research and hard work to find ways how to be on top.

  3. Our goal/objectives is to have more customers, to sell our products and services and to generate income for us to provide excellent customer service for our customers. But in reality, we are like the government that has not change. There is only little and or no improvement in our sales and collection as the number one key indicators if we are improving or not. We should focus on improving our sale. By having a stable cash flow, I will continue to protect my investors and will continue to render excellent service to our stakeholders.
    Since I am one of the 3rd floor staff, I'll make sure to give easy and accessible service to our SBU but carefully protecting our company.

  4. If we are going to be rank by a World Bank we are like a government that decreased its rank. Our number one belief is Customer Service and we are not be able to perform or deliver this if we fail to increase our performance indicators-SALES and COLLECTION.

    In order to improve our sales and collection performance we need to improve first our inputs. Inputs that includes PEOPLE. As of now we encounter a lot of struggle with regards to communication and how to have discipline within the organization. We must also develop strong foundation in training our staff to have strong roots not easy to give up.

    We need to have more SPIRIT in MEN.

  5. We should have a desire to improve ourselves. We need to have a drive within ourselves to do our job better because no one can help us but ourselves. We need to show everyone that we can adjust to constant change that happens around us.

  6. Our main goal is to sell and to collect and to hit the targets set as planned. We have established our KRA-PI to become goal and results oriented as well. But in reality, the targets set become targets only and that the results is too far from what is needed to be done. We are just like the government who hasn't change. The mere fact that sales and collection hasn't change also. In order to improve and to beat the competitors, we must be determined to do so. Aiming to be on top of the rank and how to do so must become our mindset. With cooperation of our fellow employees, and with our hearts desire to improve for the best, nothing is impossible.

  7. Our goals is to be rank # 1 in bereavement providers includes that we have to sell and collect to hit our targets that was planned. In reality, we cannot achieve our goals due to our lack of coordination and failed on communication or because we cannot handle it well. We have all the options, we need to motivate and encourage ourselves because we are here in this organization to be valuable that is we have to improve and change the bad habit. What to do next is we have to possess the ability of alertness like answering calls to improve our communication, cooperation with each other to hit the main goals, love our work to be a better employees and must do the VMBP to be number 1.

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey
