Guidelines in Posting at Holy Gardens Griefsharing

SUBJECT         :           GUIDELINES FOR POSTING AT HOLY GARDENS GRIEFSHARING

Please find below the step by step guidelines in posting at Holy Gardens Griefsharing blogspot as follows:

1.  Check and monitor postings of Pre – Interment and Post – Interment
     Notices of SBUs with scheduled interment.  Make sure you are already
     signed in Holy Gardens Notices and Holy Gardens Griefsharing.
2.  Right after the interment, make sure that the CSS2 has made the tribute and
     uploaded for Daily motion / YouTube / Slide Share; Ask for the link and copy it.
3.  Go to the Dashboard, Click View Blog on the Griefsharing blog;
4.  Copy the Pre – Interment Notice of the deceased subject for posting at
     Griefsharing;
5.  Click New Post; Paste the copied item on the posting window;
6.  Edit, remove the word “Pre” and replace it with Holy Gardens Last Farewell
     For (name of the deceased);
7.  Place the cursor at the bottom of the posting window; Click Link  
     button on top of the posting window; a window will appear:

Not sure what to put in the box? First, find the page on the web that you want to link to. (A search engine might be useful.) Then, copy the web address from the box in your browser's address bar, and paste it into the box above.

Note: 1 Paste the copied link. Make sure that it is the exact link, to avoid link
              problems – check and double check
            2 Type the Text title such as: Tribute for, Last Farewell for, etc.

8.  Check again, the spelling, spacing and alignment of the post;
9.  Click Publish Post

  3. Yes, we will follow the guidelines for posting at Holy Gardens Griefshare. And we will remember that after the interment we have to Post it in the holygardens notices as what you instruct us to do so.
